Day 1: Ashgabat
Upon arrival you will be met by our guide. This day we will explore Ashgabat the capital of Turkmenistan. The city's name comes from a Persian word and means "city of love". City tour includes Lenin's square, a newly built Independence Park, the Monument of Neutrality. We will visit Museum of Ethnography and Museum of Fine Arts. At the end of the day transfer will take you to the hotel.
Day 2: Ashgabat - Nissa - Horse farm - Ashgabat
Breakfast is at the hotel. Then your tour will continue by drive to Nissa fortress - unique ancient monument which many travellers adore. UNESCO declared fortress a World Heritage Site in 2007. Later, in Gokdepe region you will visit horse farm for exploring the pride of the Turkmen people - Akhal-Teke horses. After a short performance you will drive back to Ashgabat. Night is in the hotel.
Day 3: Ashgabat - Darwaza - Dashoguz
After the breakfast you will have a tour to "Gypjak" Mosque and Mausoleumof the late President of Turkmenistan. Then there will be short break in Bahardok village to see life of local people. fter Next stop is Karakum Desert. Gas Crater - Darwaza is located in the middle of desert. The gas reserve found here is one of the largest in the world. The name "Door to Hell" was given to the field by the locals, referring to the fire, boiling mud, and orange flames in the large crater. You will spend the night in Dashoguz town. Transfer will take you to the hotel.
Day 4: Dashoguz - Kunya Urgench - Ashgabat
Today will be dedicated to the architectural monuments of Old Urgench, Capital of Khorezm in X-XII centuries, famous all over in Turkmenistan. Then you will travel to the Mausoleum of Najm al-Din al-Kubra, Tyurabek Khanum, Il-Arslan, Tekesh Ibn Hadzhibey and the highest minaret in Central Asia Kutlyg Timur. Then you will drive to Ashgabat.
Day 5: Flight
Transfer to the airport. End of tour.
